  9.           This program was written with CanDo and CanDoSDK.

  11.           This program was designed to change the colours of the
  12.           screen that you are using. It should work with a Cybergrafix
  13.           Card, and on any other Amiga.

  15.           Features:

  17.           1. Resizeable Window
  18.           
  19.           2. Dynamic Object Movements.
  20.              This just means that the Buttons and other gadgets
  21.              in the window are positioned corectly when you resize the Window.
  22.           
  23.           3. Remembers position and screen size on exit. 
  24.              This information is written into the Icon Tooltypes.
  25.              
  26.           4. Can open on allmost any public screen.
  27.              The only problem I have had so far is opening the window
  28.              in CygnusEd.
